Meet Patricia

Patricia provides top notch service to her clients and values integrity above all else. Her first priority is to help her clients find their place in the world. Born and raised on the Big Island, Hawaii, but she has been moving around the world her entire adult life. Being a former resort manager and then a spouse of a retired Army Officer, Patricia has moved over 16 times to far flung parts of the world, including London, Guam, Puerto Rico, Germany and many different states. With each move, assimilating into the culture has been a true learning experience. With each relocation came opportunities to invest in real estate and learn from each of those transactions. As a Military Relocation Professional ®, she brings expertise to her clients with an understanding of the particular challenges which can occur during military moves for both buyers and sellers.

Patricia moved to Northern Virginia in 2010 and purchased a home in the Fort Hunt (Alexandria) neighborhood. As a longtime resident in Northern Virginia, she has learned the intricacies of the pocket neighborhoods such as Fort Hunt, Old Town, Del Ray, Burke, Springfield and more. In 2016, her daughter moved off to college and that was the perfect time for Patricia and her husband John to right- size and move into a historic 1780 Old Town home, formerly owned George Washington (really!). In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beauty and history of Old Town while walking her dog Quincy, traveling, hiking, daytrips into DC and volunteering at Christ House and with the National Military Family Association (NMFA).

Working with Patricia will provide you with personal attention, expert knowledge and the full array of Compass and social media expertise. Let Patricia guide you to finding your place in the world.
